A good user experience for public services can only be ensured by having users participate in its development. To help ensure future-proof, sustainable and responsive public services through the active participation of stakeholders with the implementation of new technologies, the project will establish a central point of knowledge and collaboration. Content for it will be co-created in local environments with a set of pilot activities, including a smart planning system, a technology-driven talent return, a pilot for smart transport and tourism, and a guide for health services. Public Link brings together 6 partners from four countries, Ireland, Spain, Finland and Slovenia, with many years of experience in providing digital public services.
