A Carpe Digem Roundtable
As part of the Carpe Digem Interreg project, a round table on the new approach Innovation as a Service (IaaS) was held on 26 November. The event was moderated by assistant professor dr. Emilija Stojmenova Duh from University of Ljubljana (Faculty of electrical engineering) who also presented the role of 4PDIH in partnership with Association of Municipalities and towns of Slovenia (SOS) on supporting digital transformation of public sector.
Besides assistant professor Emilija Stojmenova Duh’s presentation, the event also hosted Jose Manuel San Emeterio (ERNACT Network Program Manager), Kevin McShane (Inishowen Innovation Multisectoral Network Innovation Manager) and Sidi-Mohammed Senouci (University of Burgundy).
The well-attended event presented the key features of the new approach that aspires to enable “ /…/ stakeholders in the digital value chain to more effectively manage the delivery of customised technology solutions from universities, institutes of technology and private sector companies to their organisations and to their clients”.
The second part of the unique webinar was enriched by the partners and stakeholders of the Carpe Digem project, who together with the presenters discussed the new approach in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic.
