The aim of the project is to implement modern study programs in the Western Balkans region, which enables education of professionals in the field of digital broadcasting, broadband technologies and multimedia. The profile of the study is in line with the needs of the labor market and the upcoming transfer from analogue to digital broadcasting in regional partner countries. In order to gain students’ theoretical and practical knowledge directly applicable in enterprises, laboratories with appropriate hardware and software will be created for the analysis and design of broadcasting and broadband systems and with digital HDTV studio equipment and the environment for the provision of digital services. The knowledge of graduate students includes: developing multimedia applications on smartphones and tablets, smart TV applications, modeling IP and wireless networks, and spreading waveforms, etc.

The role of LMMFE is the transfer of knowledge and good practice from related studies in EU Member States.
