Between the 9th and 11th October, we were part of the European Week of Regions and Cities event in Brussels. We participated in three workshops organized by the Broadband Competence Office, DG Agri and ESPON, where our associate, assistant professor dr. Emilija Stojmenova Duh, presented our work in the field of digitalization in rural areas that is being carried out in the framework of Interreg Europe Erudite, Interreg Alpine Space Smart Villages and Horizon 2020 LiveRur projects. We also demonstrated our SEROI+ tool (, designed for co-creation of digital services and for identification and analysis of indicators of social, economic and environmental impacts. FabLab Network Slovenia (, which is coordinated by our laboratory, was presented several times as a good practice that overrides the hurdles of digital transformation.
