At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, we successfully conducted the first cycle of training sessions for adults over 30 as part of the Digital Skills for Adults (KDSO) project, funded by the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The program covered advanced topics in network technologies (9 sessions) as well as accessibility and privacy (1 session), achieving over 130 participant attendances from August to November 2024.

Through Europass testing, participants demonstrated a significant improvement in their digital competencies, and the majority also expressed interest in further training in this field. The achievement of learning goals and high participant satisfaction highlight our contribution to advancing digital skills within society.

UL FE is a partner in the KDSO project, which aims to enhance essential digital competencies for adults to meet the challenges of today’s digital world. By 2030, the project aims to conduct more than 1,500 training sessions across Slovenia, supporting adults in transforming their careers and lives with digital knowledge.
