COVID-19 has accelerated the use, visibility and diffusion of digital tools and services. Confinement measures have encouraged a long-term move to remote: working, learning and e-services. This is of particular importance in rural and peripheral regions. Eight ERUDITE partners will undertake an exchange programme to evaluate the impact of the crisis on the development and operation of digital services and develop measures to respond.

The project is a follow-up to the “Enhancing Rural and Urban Digital Innovation Territories (ERUDITE)” project.
