Strategies were shared to mitigate these challenges and enhance regional innovation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Talent Retention<\/strong>: We explored critical areas in education, company practices, and human resources to identify effective solutions for retaining talent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Policy Updates<\/strong>: We emphasized the need for modern policies to attract talent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration<\/strong>: The event facilitated knowledge exchange and collaboration among partners and stakeholders, strengthening the regional innovation ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the seminar, a second round of <strong>Staff Exchanges <\/strong>took place, featuring in-depth knowledge activities and visits to West Region ecosystem stakeholders.
