At CODIL, we recently wrapped up our third inter-regional seminar on “Incentives and Innovation Services to Attract and Retain Talent”, held on June 12-13, 2024 in Timișoara, Romania. Key discussions focused on overcoming remote work challenges, retaining talent, and adapting policies to support regional innovation.
