On 12 and 13 July in Turin, a kick off meeting of the Interreg Alpine Space project: SaMBA, which addresses sustainable mobility practices and legislative recommendations in the Alpine region.

Together with other Slovenian partners (MO Koper and BSC Kranj) the representatives of the Laboratory for Telecommunications from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, which has the role of a scientific-research partner in the project, which will help in the definition and implementation of the SEROI + methodology (social, economic and environmental return on investment with open innovation), attended this meeting.

After the presentation of the goals of the Interreg Alpine Space program by the representative of the Joint Secretariat, 13 partners from five countries (Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and France) presented themselves and informed others about the status of their pilot projects and the course of activities in the work process.

The meeting ended with the conclusions for further work and the planning of the next project meeting hosted by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in January 2019 in Ljubljana.
