Laboratory for Telecommunications at Faculty of Electrical Engineering (LTFE) is a home to many projects related to rural development and addressing other issues in the field of contributing to a friendly living space for the future generations. One of our currently running projects is SaMBA (co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund via Interreg Alpine Space), a project that fosters a collaboration of 13 partners from Austria, Germany, Italy, France, and Slovenia, and enables us to research different options for increasing sustainable mobility, that is to say mobility that will also be sustainable for our offspring.Read More
On Tuesday and Wednesday, 29th and 30th January, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana hosted the second meeting for SaMBA, a project that is running in the framework of Interreg Alpine Space cooperation programme. The main general objective of SaMBA is increasing options for low carbon mobility and transport. Today Emilija Stojmenova Duh, together with member ot the European parliament Franc Bogovič, presented to the National Council the concept of smart villages and accompanying activities and projects to promote rural modernization with in context of adopting a new financial perspective for Slovenia.
